Watches sold within United States are shipped using UPS standard, Canadian shipments can be processed using Canada Post or UPS standard; free shipping applies only on selected watches or products and only to U.S. continental and Canadian shipments.

JustWatchMe.net reserves the right to change the shipping method and shipper at any time.

Shipping Terms:

Most items ship within one or two business days from the moment the order is received therefore we are unable to cancel orders once they are placed on our website.

If your order was shipped using UPS you will receive a shipping tracking number via email when your order is shipped from our warehouse. Parcel tracking info is available online at www.UPS.com

The shipping charges on our site cover freight only; insurance is available for all items and can be selected at checkout for $3.99 per item. JustWatchMe.net is not responsible for any items once it has left our warehouse.

If shipping insurance is not selected at checkout, the customer assumes all financial responsibility for non-delivery by the shipping company and agrees to hold JustWatchMe.net harmless for non-delivery and agrees not to initiate a chargeback against JustWatchMe.net. 

Shipments which have watches stolen from the packaging during transit are not covered by this insurance.  The insurance applies only to non-delivery of packages as JustWatchMe.net cannot insure the security and reliability of the recipient's local postal system.

If a shipped order was lost or damaged, UPS or Canada Post must conduct an investigation. Please contact JustWatchMe.net within 15 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse so we can initiate a tracer. If the package is not located, the carrier will process a claim for the package. Claims can take two weeks to process. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to JustWatchMe.net and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is not wanted, JustWatchMe.net will gladly refund your original payment.

 

 Shipping Restrictions:

• UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses.

• Air and ground shipment time frames are in business days only, and exclude weekends and/or holidays.


Import US Duties:

JustWatchMe.net cover the import duties on watches shipped from our warehouse in Canada to U.S.A.

Customers are responsible of paying local sales taxes. In the event UPS does not collect the sale taxes owed to your local government, you authorize JustWatchMe.net to charge your original payment method for all amounts billed back to JustWatchMe.net


International orders (orders shipped outside Canada and U.S.A): 

Due to the high volume of fraud all transactions from outside the U.S.A and Canada must be paid with wire transfers (orders paid with credit card will not be processed and the funds will be refunded), if you are interested in placing an order please contact us at info@justwatchme.net so we can provide you with the bank account information.

For International orders we offer two kinds of services: A) With tracking number and B)without tracking number . International Orders shipped with methods listed without available tracking do not have usable tracking numbers due to the variety of postal systems around the world unfortunately postal systems are not interconnected. JustWatchMe.net guarantees to deliver the package to the shipping carrier (proof of shipping is available upon request) and the buyer assumes all risk once JustWatchMe.net has received an International order without tracking numbers. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive due to your local countries customs delays. If after 6 weeks, any order that has not arrived please contact is so we can issue a tracer to try and determine the location of the order.  

JustWatchMe.net can only guarantee orders shipped via UPS (tracking numbers is available).  Tariffs, Duty, taxes, handling charges etc. may be assessed by your local postal office/customs office for international orders, and are NOT included in the charge from our site and JustWatchMe.net is not responsible for these additional local charges.

You may receive a separate bill for these additional charges from your local agency and this is not a reason to refuse the shipment, as JustWatchMe.net has no control over these costs. 

In the event UPS or Standard post does not collect the taxes/duties owed to your local government, you authorize JustWatchMe.net to charge your original payment method for all amounts billed back to JustWatchMe.net

Please check with your local customs office prior to placing an order to further clarify any possible fees.  All refused/undeliverable orders for any reason will be charged a 15% re-stocking/re-processing fee of the total purchase price.

 

Return Policy:

If you purchase a watch from us and later on you decide that you aren't completely satisfied with your choice for any reason, you can return it during the next 30 days for a full  credit  as long as  IT HAS NEVER BEEN WORN, ALL THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND STICKERS STILL ATTACHED TO THE WATCH, and the watch is returned  in its original box with all its warranty and instruction manuals. Failing to meet this criteria will result in sending the watch back to the customer at his/her expense or issuing a refund minus 35% restocking fee.

If you wish to return a watch please call us to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RMA). This must be clearly marked on the outside of the package.

All returns must be accompanied with a RMA to provide the customer with proper and quick service, the RMA will allow our staff to follow your instructions for exchange or credit. Without the RMA number we are unable to service the buyer with the correct actions.

If the return has no RMA number it will be subject to the 35% re-stocking fee. 

Refused shipments:

All refused or undeliverable orders will be charged a 15% re-stocking/re-processing fee of the total purchase price plus shipping charges.

Warranty:

All warranty issues are to be handled directly with the watch manufacturer, and not JustWatchMe.net, customer agrees that JustWatchMe.net reserves the right to correct any issues that were a reason for the return, before any possible refund is issued.  Pre-loved/vintage watches are sold as-is without any warranty expressed or implied.

The Manufacturer's warranty does not cover:

  • Battery, crystal, strap or bracelet.
  • Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents or normal wear and tear.
  • Water damage.
